What is the New England XPO for Business?
- On May 25th, business leaders from across New England will gather at the world famous Hynes Convention Center for the 3rd Annual New England XPO for Business. This highly acclaimed show is expected to draw upwards of 10,000 attendees and over 300 exhibitors as the largest business-to-business marketplace in the region. Free education will be offered throughout the day and will include over 30 quality information sessions covering sales, marketing, advertising, business growth, best business practices, management and much more! You’ll be able to identify the latest products and services to meet your competitive challenges and discover the keys to financial success and stability.

Who attends?
- The New England XPO is geared towards small to medium sized businesses in the geo-targeted areas of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont & Maine. 45% of our attendees are the Presidents, CEO’s or Owners of companies. Attendees come from a wide range of industry groups and are looking to buy business products and/or services from our exhibitors.

What is the cost and what is included?
- The XPO is FREE of charge to attend. Your admission to the XPO will include access to the 300 exhibit show floor, any of the educational seminars, and the After-Hours Networking Event.

How do I register?
- You can register online starting in mid-February. You will go through a simple four-step process and you will receive a confirmation email when you complete the registration.

When is the deadline for registration?
- Online registration will be open until Friday, May 20th at 5:00 PM. You can also register on-site on the day of the show however you will be required to wait in line.

When will I receive my badge?
- If you register prior to Friday, May 6th you will receive your badge in the mail about a week prior to the show. If you register after May 6th you will need to pick up your badge on-site at the “Pre-Registration” counter.

How do I purchase or reserve exhibit space?
- If you are interested in finding out more information about exhibiting at the XPO, please send an email to info@eventmanagement.org including your company name and contact info.

How much are the seminars? Can I reserve a seat?
- All of the seminars at the XPO are free of charge when you register for the show. During the registration process you will have the opportunity to add seminars to your itinerary. All seminars are first come first serve regarding seating on the day of the event and there is standing room allowed.

What is the Community Outreach Program and how can I become a Community Partner?
- The Community Outreach Program is focused on collaborating with business development groups, non‐profits, and other organizations to be promotional partners of the XPO. Our goal is to make points of contact that let each group’s individual members know about the event – this FREE show is only of value to those people who are aware of it. We already have dozens of community, city, state and federal organizations that support the New England XPO for Business because of its valuable offerings to their constituents.
