What is the New York XPO For Business?

On May 2-3, 2012, business leaders from across New York will gather at the world famous Jacob K. Javits Convention Center for the 7th Annual New York XPO for Business. This highly acclaimed business event is expected to draw upwards of 10,000 attendees and over 200 exhibitors as the largest business-to-business marketplace in the region. Education will be offered throughout the day and will include over 40 quality information sessions covering sales, marketing, advertising, business growth, best business practices, social media and much more! You'll be able to identify the latest products and services to meet your competitive challenges and discover the keys to financial success and stability.

Who attends?

The New York XPO is geared towards small to medium sized businesses in the geo-targeted areas of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. 54% of our attendees are the Presidents, CEO's or Owners of companies. Attendees come from a wide range of industry groups and are looking to buy business products and/or services from our exhibitors.

What is the cost to attend and what does it include?

We will now be charging a fee to attend the New York XPO for Business in order to better qualify our audience. Your XPO pass will include admission to the show floor, access to show floor features and guaranteed seating in 2 seminars per day.

How do I register?

We encourage everyone to register online to take advantage of our advanced pricing.

When is the deadline for registration?

The cut-off date for advanced registration will be Tuesday, May 1st 2012. You can register on-site on May 2nd or May 3rd for standard registration pricing.

When will I receive my badge?

If you register prior to Friday, April 6th 2012 you will receive your badge in the mail about a week prior to the show. If you register after April 6th you will need to pick-up your badge on-site at the "Pre-Registrant Badge Pick-Up" counter.

How do I purchase or reserve exhibit space?

If you are interested in finding out more information about exhibiting at the XPO, please send an email to info@eventmanagement.org including your company name and contact info.

How much are the seminars? Can I reserve a seat?

When you register for the New York XPO, your pass includes guaranteed seating in 2 seminars for each day purchased (you will have the ability to choose your seminars during the online registration process).

How do I become a speaker?

If you are interested in speaking at the XPO, please submit your information via our "Speaker Submission Form".

What is the Community Outreach Program and how can I become a Community Partner?

The Community Outreach Program is focused on collaborating with business development groups, non-profits, and other organizations to be promotional partners of the New York XPO for Business. Our goal is to make points of contact that let each group's individual members know about the event - this show is only of value to those people who are aware of it. We already have dozens of community, city, state and federal organizations that support the New York XPO For Business because of its valuable offerings to their constituents.

There is a coat check available in the Javits Center however there are no additional storage areas for personal belongings.
